Delivering the best outcome

Phil is an experienced speaker who understands that the message and materials delivered need to fit the context of the event. Therefore he works closely with event organisers to ensure that the best outcome is delivered.

Fees

Please contact Phil to find out his fee scale. Highly tailored presentations / sessions will attract a higher rate depending on the level of preparation required.

Booking process

A deposit of 50% is required to claim the date in his diary, with the remainder due 7 days before the event.

Essential travel, transport and accommodation costs are estimated beforehand and payable in addition to his fee. Should an accident, illness or ‘act of god’ prevent him from being able to deliver his services, the relevant amounts are refundable in full.

Setup

For keynotes and briefings, Phil typically requires visual and audio capability (“Keynote” format preferred over PowerPoint). These can be run from his laptop, thumb drive or supplied prior in soft copy form.

His slides are more ‘visual’ than text based (who wants death by PowerPoint?), so there is limited benefit in circulating slide packs to attendees. He can provide participants and organisers with a hidden link to 1 or 2 page summary of the key concepts covered in his keynotes and briefings.

Hands-free microphone is preferred as well as an additional microphone for Q&A in larger venues. He requires at least one flip chart or white board, and preferably two flip charts if possible.
